What you'll do

This is a measurement job for someone who can tell the difference between a marketing lift and a real change in customer behavior. You’ll lead the experiments behind Airbnb’s loyalty pilot, then bring that same discipline to other growth bets.

What the role really is

You’ll own the analytics for a new community and loyalty pilot as it moves through testing in international markets. The hard part is separating the program’s impact from the lift of individual campaigns, then giving the team a clear call: scale, iterate, or stop.

As testing needs shift, you’ll take on integrated marketing work across other business lines, including Experiences, Hotels, and Luxe.

What you'll do

  • Set the measurement strategy for the loyalty and community pilot, including tests across benefits, credits, and offers.
  • Write experiment plans, run the analysis, and measure results from start to finish.
  • Find out which customer segments, timing, and creative are driving results.
  • Work with marketing, operations, finance, data science, and product to shape strategy and influence decisions.
  • Present clear readouts on program and campaign effectiveness to senior leaders.
  • Apply the same testing approach to other growth marketing priorities as the work evolves.

What they want

  • At least 6 years in analytics or data science, with depth in marketing, growth, or lifecycle and loyalty analytics.
  • Strong causal inference skills and experience designing experiments and holdouts for multi-touchpoint marketing.
  • A track record of analysis that shapes senior-level strategy, roadmaps, and budget decisions.
  • The ability to turn complex analytical trade-offs into clear recommendations for cross-functional leaders.
  • Advanced SQL and Python or R skills, plus experience with large-scale data environments and scalable reporting tools.
  • Experience using AI tools to speed up analysis and build scalable solutions.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity across a fast-moving portfolio and multiple business lines.
  • A quantitative degree.

Why it's interesting

The test is not just whether a campaign works. It’s whether the program itself changes outcomes. You’ll own that distinction for a loyalty pilot, make recommendations that can shape its next phase, and later carry your approach into other growth priorities.
