The Challenge

Steep Marketing is scaling fast, and their systems are the backbone. You'll own the HubSpot CRM and integrated tech stack that connects lead gen, sales, production, and delivery-making sure everything flows, everything's accurate, and nothing breaks as they grow.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and document current HubSpot setup, pipelines, and data structure; identify top 3 quick wins for efficiency

Establish data governance standards and run initial cleanup to ensure accuracy across lead lifecycle stages

3

Map all active integrations (Zapier, etc.) and create system documentation for team reference

4

Implement 2-3 high-impact automations that reduce manual work in sales or operational workflows

By 6 Months
1

Build executive dashboards and reporting infrastructure that track pipeline performance and key business metrics in real-time

Complete optimization of HubSpot workflows across lead generation, sales, production, and client delivery

Establish proactive monitoring system for integrations with vendor SLAs and escalation protocols

4

Lead system enhancements or platform migration planning; train team on new standards and best practices
