The Challenge
Steep Marketing is scaling fast, and their systems are the backbone. You'll own the HubSpot CRM and integrated tech stack that connects lead gen, sales, production, and delivery-making sure everything flows, everything's accurate, and nothing breaks as they grow.
Your Mission
Audit and document current HubSpot setup, pipelines, and data structure; identify top 3 quick wins for efficiency
Establish data governance standards and run initial cleanup to ensure accuracy across lead lifecycle stages
Map all active integrations (Zapier, etc.) and create system documentation for team reference
Implement 2-3 high-impact automations that reduce manual work in sales or operational workflows
Build executive dashboards and reporting infrastructure that track pipeline performance and key business metrics in real-time
Complete optimization of HubSpot workflows across lead generation, sales, production, and client delivery
Establish proactive monitoring system for integrations with vendor SLAs and escalation protocols
Lead system enhancements or platform migration planning; train team on new standards and best practices

- You're a natural problem-solver who spots inefficiencies and ships fixes without waiting for permission
- You thrive in ops roles where you're the connective tissue between teams, translating needs into system solutions
- You're meticulous about documentation and process, but also pragmatic about moving fast
- You want to work purely in campaign marketing or demand gen-this is systems-focused operations
- You need heavy engineering support or prefer working with developers; this is hands-on tool management
- You're uncomfortable with on-site requirements (3 days/week in Denver office is non-negotiable)
