Overview
The Senior CRM Strategist leads the development of cross-channel, data-driven CRM strategies to engage key audiences and drive customer loyalty. You’ll design and optimize digital marketing programs across the customer lifecycle, from pre-purchase to post-purchase.

Responsibilities
- Develop CRM Strategies: Create recommendations for email, push, and other owned channels to achieve client goals—crafting insights, audiences, journey maps and creative direction
- Audience Insights: Analyze customer behavior and campaign results to inform strategy and reporting
- Cross-Channel Orchestration: Integrate owned channels with paid media for seamless customer experiences
- Campaign Management & Optimization: Oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels and programs
- Performance Analysis: Partner with analytics to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness with actionable recommendations
- Creative Briefing: Develop insightful creative briefs to provide direction to teams developing channel and campaign assets
- Innovation & Best Practices: Elevate industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to improve program effectiveness and consumer experience
- 5-7+ years’ experience in CRM or digital marketing strategy (email, push, direct messaging, etc.) at an agency, consultancy, or in-house marketing team
- Data-driven mindset: Use analytics to generate insights and shape effective marketing strategies
- Familiarity with owned channels: Email, push, SMS, and direct mail
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze) is a plus
- Collaborative and organized: Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects
- Strong communicator: Create and deliver presentations that engage and persuade
- Self-starter: Able to drive projects forward independently
- Creative Minded: Write insightful, clear creative briefs to guide the creative process

Compensation Range: $81,225 - $129,987 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
