The Challenge
Newrez is modernizing the mortgage experience beyond loan origination-you'll architect the end-to-end engagement strategy that drives feature adoption and lifetime value for millions of homeowners during their critical 3-6 month onboarding window.
Your Mission
Audit current customer journey data and establish baseline engagement metrics across Home Hub, mobile app, and Rezi AI Chat; define north star KPIs
Build cross-functional alignment map with product, data, and customer success; secure stakeholder buy-in on feature marketing roadmap priorities
Launch first test-and-learn campaign targeting 3-month tenured customers with personalized messaging; measure lift vs. control
Establish owned-channel strategy and reporting cadence for owned display, SMS, and mobile push; build executive dashboard
Deliver comprehensive feature marketing roadmap with messaging frameworks, audience segmentation, and integrated campaign calendar for 6-month rollout
Scale winning omnichannel campaigns from month 3 pilot; achieve 25%+ lift in feature adoption and engagement benchmarks
Build and deploy personalization engine leveraging customer lifecycle stage; create segmented journey maps tied to NPS and satisfaction goals
Establish rigorous testing infrastructure and experimentation roadmap; document learnings and optimization playbooks for continuous improvement

Measure net promoter score and customer satisfaction improvement attributable to engagement campaigns and personalized journeys.

Return on marketing spend across owned display, SMS, and mobile push; track cost per engaged customer and lifetime value impact.
Onboarding Completion Rate
Percentage of customers completing key onboarding milestones and feature education during critical 3-6 month window.

- You've owned lifecycle marketing P&L or engagement strategy at scale in fintech or financial services (10+ years proven track record)

- You've launched and optimized omnichannel campaigns (email, SMS, push, owned display) and understand measurement frameworks deeply
