2

Identify and recruit first 5-10 target partners ($5K-$25K monthly retainers) who are building agentic AI/automation practices

3

Create 2-3 'customer zero' templates-production workflows you've built that partners can immediately replicate for their clients

4

Establish partner certification framework and badging standards that signal capability in agentic RevOps

By 6 Months
1

Scale partner recruitment funnel to 30+ qualified leads in pipeline with >40% conversion rate

2

Launch first cohort-based training program teaching partners how to build AI-driven workflows for their clients

3

Produce 5+ playbooks, demos, and async enablement assets partners use to sell modern RevOps engagements

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've shipped partner programs at SaaS/MarTech and can own the full funnel from recruitment through enablement
  • You use AI daily, build with agents and automation, and have a real POV on agentic RevOps-not just hype awareness
  • You have hands-on experience with modern GTM/RevOps tooling (CRM, workflow automation, data stacks) and can model what you teach
  • You're comfortable with greenfield ambiguity and can move fast without inherited playbooks
  • You have active LinkedIn presence with real engagement-you write original thoughts on GTM/RevOps/AI and have built an audience
Won't Work If
  • You've only managed partner programs within inherited playbooks or scaled existing motions-this role requires first-principles design
  • AI and automation are abstract to you; you're not using agents daily or exploring what's possible with modern tools
  • You prefer execution against pre-defined strategy over building strategy yourself in ambiguity
  • You're not comfortable being a public voice on your work-this role requires thought leadership and LinkedIn presence

Interview Process

1

Initial Screen

30 min call with recruiting to assess AI fluency, partner experience, and comfort with greenfield builds

2

Hiring Manager Deep Dive

45 min with Partner Marketing/GTM leadership to discuss your partner program thesis and how you'd approach the funnel

3

Technical/Product Alignment

4

Portfolio/Case Study

Review your partner enablement work, content samples, and LinkedIn presence; optional live demo of a workflow you've built

5

Leadership Final

45 min with VP GTM/Head of Partnerships to discuss vision for the global partner ecosystem and your approach to scale
