The Challenge
Lunar Solar Group is a top 2% Klaviyo Elite Master Partner scaling retention strategy across 6+ DTC brands. You'll own full-funnel CRM strategy while leading a small team and driving real revenue impact for fast-growing consumer brands.
Your Mission
Audit and optimize existing email/SMS sequences across all 6+ client accounts, identifying quick wins to improve open rates and conversion by 10%+
Establish quarterly strategy reviews and reporting cadence with each client; map current CRM stack maturity and define 90-day roadmap
Mentor 1-2 CRM Analysts on best practices; delegate production tasks and establish quality gates for all builds and campaigns
Document and standardize omnichannel segmentation logic across accounts to ensure consistency and scalability
Launch 3-4 new retention initiatives per client (loyalty programs, referral workflows, subscription automation) with documented LTV uplift targets
Build out advanced predictive segmentation models using customer behavioral data to personalize lifecycle journeys
Develop proprietary client reporting dashboard showing email ROI, SMS performance, and customer retention metrics; present monthly insights
Propose and scope 2-3 cross-channel campaigns integrating email, SMS, and loyalty; measure incremental revenue attribution
KPIs You'll Own
Email Open Rate & Click-Through Rate
Track performance gains across client accounts to benchmark against Klaviyo benchmarks and industry standards.
Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) by Cohort
Measure retention impact of CRM initiatives by cohort; target 15%+ uplift quarter-over-quarter.
SMS Conversion Rate & Revenue per Message
Monitor SMS performance to optimize send frequency and content without sacrificing unsubscribe rates.
Campaign ROI (Revenue Attributable to CRM)
Quantify total revenue driven by email, SMS, loyalty, and referral programs; track against client acquisition costs.
Team Productivity (Campaigns Shipped, QA Defects)
Ensure your analysts ship campaigns on time with zero production errors; track velocity and quality metrics.
