Cars Commerce powers the automotive industry through marketplace and dealer tech. You'll own the Salesforce ecosystem that drives revenue across Sales, Marketing, and Service-architecting the CRM strategy that connects millions of car buyers and dealers.
Your Mission
Audit current Salesforce architecture and identify 3-5 quick wins to improve Sales/Marketing operational efficiency
Build and present 12-18 month CRM roadmap aligned to GTM priorities, with quantified ROI cases for top 5 initiatives
Establish stakeholder governance; conduct user research across Sales, Marketing, and Service to uncover adoption friction
Define success metrics: track CRM platform adoption, automation ROI, and revenue impact across key workflows
Deploy 2-3 AI-driven automation projects (lead scoring, customer journey optimization, or predictive analytics) with measurable efficiency gains
Increase CRM platform adoption by 25%+ through change management and user enablement across organization
Reduce sales cycle friction by 15%+ through process automation and workflow optimization
Establish quarterly business reviews with C-suite showing CRM value-revenue impact, cost savings, velocity improvements
