The Challenge

Air Apps is a self-funded, 100M+ download AI company reimagining personal resource planning. You'll own their entire CRM and email marketing stack-from HubSpot workflows to segmentation strategies-driving retention and engagement for a global user base.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit existing CRM platform setup (HubSpot/Salesforce/etc), map current workflows, and identify 3+ optimization opportunities for email deliverability and open rates

Design and launch 2-3 segmentation strategies based on user behavior, LTV, and engagement patterns

Implement A/B testing framework for email subject lines and templates; establish baseline metrics for CTR and conversion

Create documented lead scoring model and automated nurture sequences for top customer lifecycle stages

By 6 Months
1

Increase email open rates by 15-20% and click-through rates by 10-15% through template optimization and behavioral targeting

Build dynamic segmentation engine reaching 80% of active users with personalized, trigger-based campaigns

Reduce unsubscribe rates and improve compliance across GDPR/CCPA through audit and documentation

4

Establish CRM reporting dashboard with weekly engagement metrics; share insights with sales and product teams on customer health trends

Email Open Rate

Track open rates by segment and campaign type; target 25-35% baseline with A/B testing driving continuous improvement.

Click-Through Rate (CTR)

Measure CTR per email campaign and segment; use dynamic content and behavioral triggers to lift engagement.

Conversion Rate

Monitor downstream conversions (signups, upgrades, feature adoption) from email campaigns by cohort and segment.

Lead Score & Nurture Velocity

Track speed-to-conversion for leads by score tier; optimize automation workflows to accelerate high-intent segments.

Customer Retention & LTV

Measure retention lift from lifecycle email campaigns; correlate drip sequences to customer lifetime value growth.
