The Challenge

WeWork operates flexible workspace solutions across 37+ countries and needs a strategic content leader to own the narrative across B2B and B2C audiences. You'll build and execute a global content strategy that drives engagement for small business owners, enterprise decision-makers, landlords, and brokers-while directly managing organic social as a core marketing channel.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current content performance across all channels and establish baseline KPIs for organic social, web, email, and campaigns

Develop and socialize a comprehensive global content strategy and editorial calendar aligned to WeWork's business priorities and brand voice

Launch optimized organic social content framework with platform-native strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter

4

Create messaging frameworks and content briefs for top 3 priority campaigns or product launches in pipeline

By 6 Months
1

Achieve 30%+ growth in organic social engagement and follower growth across priority platforms

Deliver 15+ high-impact content pieces (thought leadership articles, case studies, video) that demonstrate ROI and build brand authority

3

Implement content performance dashboard and monthly reporting cadence tied to marketing funnel metrics (awareness, consideration, conversion)

4

Establish scalable content production workflow with Creative and Growth teams, reducing time-to-launch by 25%+

Organic Social Engagement Rate

Track likes, comments, shares, and click-through rates across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter to measure content resonance.

Content-Driven Conversions

Measure conversions from owned content channels (web, email, organic social) attributed to content pieces across the customer journey.

Brand Awareness & Reach

Monitor impressions, reach, and search visibility for key content pieces and thought leadership initiatives.

Content Production Velocity

Track number of pieces published, editing quality scores, and time-to-launch across channels monthly.

Email Engagement

Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions from content-driven email campaigns.
