The Challenge
VML is looking for a hybrid creative who can bridge brand strategy and digital culture. You'll transform ideas into viral UGC content for blue-chip brands like Coca-Cola, Microsoft, and Ford—shooting, editing, writing copy, and covering live events in real-time.
Your Mission
Produce 15-20 UGC pieces monthly (TikTok/Reels format) with measurable engagement benchmarks and brand authenticity compliance
Master VML's creative brief framework and establish copywriting voice across 3-4 active client accounts
Build proficiency in mobile editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere) and establish a content production workflow
Cover 4-6 live brand events in Cali, delivering same-day recap content with 80%+ engagement rate vs. baseline
Lead UGC content strategy for 2 major accounts, driving 25%+ increase in organic reach and engagement metrics
Develop a repeatable content playbook combining on-camera talent, behind-the-scenes storytelling, and viral trend adaptation
Integrate AI tools into production pipeline to reduce editing time by 30% while maintaining quality standards
Mentor junior creators on set and contribute strategic insights to weekly creative brainstorms with account teams

Monitor percentage of content hitting 100K+ impressions; track trending audio/format adoption within 48 hours of platform trends.
Copy Performance
A/B test headlines and captions; measure CTR and comment sentiment to refine voice and tone across accounts.
