What you'll do
Accountabilities:
Define and execute the overall brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and narrative across all channels and customer touchpoints.
Build and scale marketing foundations, including frameworks, processes, measurement systems, and performance metrics.
Lead product marketing initiatives, including product positioning, launches, market research, and strategies to support product-market fit.
Develop and expand content, social media, and community strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and customer trust.
Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and market expansion opportunities.
Partner with Product, Sales, Operations, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with company growth objectives.
Establish key performance indicators and reporting processes to measure brand health, pipeline contribution, and marketing effectiveness.
Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on market perception, brand opportunities, and growth strategies.
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team as the organization grows.
Manage external agencies, contractors, and partners to support marketing execution and operational scalability.
Support employer branding, thought leadership, and initiatives that strengthen the company’s presence in the market.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or related leadership roles, ideally within technology, fintech, or high-growth companies.
Proven track record of building and scaling brands in startup, scale-up, or rapidly evolving environments.
Deep expertise in product marketing, positioning, messaging, and strategies that drive adoption and product-market fit.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social platforms, content strategies, and community building.
Experience serving as a senior marketing leader or working closely with executive marketing leadership.
Demonstrated ability to build and develop marketing teams, processes, and scalable systems.
Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving.
Exceptional storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with changing priorities and ambitious goals.
