e.l.f. Beauty is a $1B+ growth machine with 28 consecutive quarters of sales growth-and they need a Global Senior Brand Manager who can orchestrate fearless, culturally-connected product launches across multiple brands and global markets at e.l.f. speed.
Your Mission
Map current go-to-market playbook across all 5 brands (e.l.f. Cosmetics, e.l.f. SKIN, Well People, Keys Soulcare, rhode, Naturium) and identify optimization opportunities
Lead planning for Q2-Q3 flagship product launches with cross-functional alignment on creative, timing, and channel strategy
Develop scalable launch framework document that accelerates speed-to-market and standardizes global/regional handoff process
Audit consumer insights and cultural trend data to unlock 2-3 new positioning angles for upcoming campaigns
Successfully execute 3+ major global product launches that deliver >20% lift in brand awareness and meet/exceed sales targets
Build and operationalize scalable launch playbook reducing time-to-market by 30% while maintaining brand consistency across regions
Establish performance dashboard tracking launch KPIs (awareness, consideration, conversion, retail velocity) with monthly optimization cycles
Partner with international and regional teams to customize global campaigns for 4+ key markets with measurable ROI per market
