Your Mission
Audit existing SEO performance across all properties and identify top 20 quick wins for traffic growth
Establish SEO baseline metrics and implement tracking across organic search, rankings, and keyword velocity
Build out 90-day content roadmap aligned with sales funnel targeting high-intent B2B keywords
Document SEO processes and create playbooks for content, technical, and link-building teams
Increase organic traffic by 40% with focus on top revenue-driving keywords and landing pages
Achieve top 3 rankings for 50+ target keywords in primary market verticals
Launch link-building program generating 100+ quality backlinks from industry publications
Scale content production pipeline to 4+ high-intent pieces monthly with measurable conversion impact

Is This Role For You?
- You've scaled organic traffic from 0-100K+ monthly sessions in a B2B SaaS environment
- You're fluent in technical SEO, content strategy, AND link building—not a one-trick pony
- You obsess over data and can prove revenue impact from organic beyond vanity metrics
- You can work autonomously in a fully remote setup and own outcomes end-to-end
- You speak French or are comfortable in a French employment context
- You only have PPC experience and haven't built organic programs from scratch
- You can't demonstrate measurable ROI from previous SEO work (rankings don't count)
- You need heavy hand-holding or prefer working in large, siloed teams
- You're not based in France (this is a French employment contract role)
