The Challenge
Fever reaches 300M+ monthly users across 55+ countries in live entertainment. You'll own full marketing strategy for experiences, launching and optimizing campaigns that drive real ROI while managing substantial regional budgets.
Your Mission
Launch and optimize 3-5 high-performing Facebook/Instagram campaigns across key verticals, targeting 15%+ ROAS minimum
Build comprehensive performance dashboard tracking CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics across all active channels
Establish baseline P&L forecasting model for your experience portfolio with monthly variance analysis
Complete stakeholder interviews with Sales, CRM, and Design teams to map cross-functional workflows and identify quick wins
Scale top-performing campaigns to 2-3x budget while maintaining or improving ROAS; document winning creative/audience playbooks
Own regional P&L management with proven month-over-month efficiency gains and channel optimization roadmap
Develop and present quarterly strategic recommendations to leadership based on data insights and competitive landscape analysis
Build and mentor junior team member or establish training documentation for campaign launch best practices
KPIs You'll Own
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Track revenue generated per dollar spent across Facebook, Instagram, and other paid social channels.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Monitor cost to acquire paying users across all campaigns and channels to ensure efficiency targets.
Campaign Conversion Rate
Measure percentage of clicks converting to bookings/purchases; benchmark against industry and historical baselines.
Regional P&L Performance
Manage budget allocation and track gross profit/loss across experience verticals and marketing channels.
Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
Analyze repeat purchase behavior and long-term revenue per user to inform acquisition spend limits.

- You've spent 6+ years running performance marketing campaigns on Facebook/Instagram with proven ROAS optimization track record
- You speak fluent English and ideally a second language; comfortable with international partner communication
- You think like an owner: you want P&L responsibility, budget control, and full campaign lifecycle ownership from strategy to analysis
- You're data-obsessed and can translate metrics into strategic recommendations for C-level stakeholders
- You thrive in high-growth, cross-functional environments where marketing touches every department
- You need remote flexibility—this is 100% on-site in Buenos Aires, no hybrid option
- You lack 6+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience or haven't managed substantial ad budgets
- You prefer to specialize in one channel or function rather than owning full campaign strategy, execution, and P&L
- You're uncomfortable with frequent stakeholder communication, partner meetings, and presenting data to executives
