What You'll Do
Lead the development of partnership marketing strategies that drive business growth and strengthen Spotify’s market position
Build business cases, projections, success metrics, and operational plans for partnership opportunities
Identify and evaluate partner brands that align with Spotify’s strategic priorities and commercial objectives
Develop innovative and culturally relevant partnership concepts that create value for Spotify, partners, artists, and fans
Manage partnership budgets and project timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources and strong return on investment
Partner with creative agencies to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across content, social, events, and influencer activations
Provide creative direction and quality oversight across partnership assets to ensure they align with Spotify’s brand and campaign objectives
Collaborate closely with Music, Editorial, Brand Marketing, Content, Media, PR, Sales, and Corporate Communications teams to deliver seamless execution
Partner with Legal, FP&A, Licensing, and other stakeholders to ensure partnerships are compliant, viable, and operationally feasible
Analyze campaign performance and partnership outcomes, providing recommendations and insights to improve future initiatives
Influence partner marketing plans through strategic guidance, audience insights, and campaign optimization recommendations
Build trusted, long-term relationships with key partner brands and identify new opportunities for growth and collaboration
Assess and mitigate risks throughout the partnership lifecycle while maintaining strong execution standards
Work closely with the Sales team to identify and develop new partnership opportunities that contribute to revenue growth
Who You Are
You have 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, sponsorships, or integrated marketing
You have experience across multiple marketing disciplines, including digital content, social media, and live events
You have a strong understanding of brand strategy and a proven ability to build impactful marketing partnerships
You are a creative thinker who enjoys developing innovative ideas and testing new approaches
You are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
You have experience working cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders
You know how to manage budgets, evaluate performance, and track return on investment
You bring strong project management skills and consistently deliver high-quality work against ambitious timelines
You are skilled at balancing creativity, commercial objectives, and operational considerations when making decisions
You communicate clearly and confidently, even in complex or challenging situations
You build trust quickly and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
You understand the importance of governance, legal compliance, and operational processes in partnership marketing
You are comfortable working in a matrixed organization and collaborating across multiple business functions
Where You'll Be
This role is based in Mumbai, India
