As a Growth Operations & Analytics Manager, you will play a critical role at the intersection of strategy, analysis, on-the-ground execution, and innovation. You will directly contribute to Uber Eats' growth by working on high-impact projects and collaborating with local and international teams.
You will report directly to the Head of Consumer Growth France and work closely with Finance & Product teams.
What You Will Do
[Promotion strategy] Own & optimize our promotion strategy execution and performance
- Participate in defining the monthly promotion budget
- Monitor promotion performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Partner with EMEA Operations and Product teams to improve promotion tools and capabilities
- Analyze topline past performance and be able to explain delta Year-over-Year, versus Budget Plan.
- Define topline estimation refresh during monthly forecast exercise to be as accurate as possible
- Analyze and deep dive specific consumer behavior across the funnel (ex: user base lifecycle evolution, in-app conversion...) to identify growth opportunities the team could implement
- Define objectives, success metrics and roadmap
- Coordinate stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Legal and Comms
- Drive execution from idea to measurable impact
- Experience using SQL to analyze data, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
- Analytical rigor and ability to translate data into business decisions
- Excellent operational execution and attention to detail
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Experience in consulting, tech, marketplace, or high-growth environments (internships included)
- Exposure to finance & business plan topics
- Structured problem-solving skills
- Strong business acumen
- High ownership from day one
