The Challenge
Spark is a high-growth digital marketing agency building the next generation of CMOs. You'll join a tight team running paid acquisition campaigns for 4-6 clients, learning growth fundamentals while owning real campaign performance and optimizations.
Your Mission
Master Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram campaign setup, monitoring, and day-to-day optimization under mentorship
Build proficiency in data analysis: pull performance reports, identify trends, and structure insights in spreadsheets
Own 1-2 client campaigns end-to-end: strategy, creative brief input, launch, and weekly optimization cycles
Develop your diagnostic framework: learn to decompose campaign underperformance into actionable hypotheses
Run independent SEA and paid social campaigns across your portfolio with mentor review cycles
Deliver monthly performance reviews and optimization recommendations to clients with clear rationale
Build fluency in Spark's reporting stack and internal growth methodologies
Contribute to team learning: document wins, failures, and tested best practices for the playbook
KPIs You'll Own
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Track revenue generated per euro spent on paid campaigns across clients.
CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
Monitor cost to acquire one customer; optimize bidding and audience targeting to reduce.
Campaign Performance vs. Target
Hit monthly KPIs set for each client (CTR, conversion rate, volume targets).
Optimization Cycles Completed
Number of A/B tests or targeting changes implemented and analyzed per week.
