The Challenge

Omie is one of Brazil's fastest-growing tech companies building prosperity for entrepreneurs. You'll own organic growth end-to-end—restructuring CRM strategy, scaling SEO, and pioneering GEO (AI optimization) as core acquisition engines for SMB customers.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and document current CRM infrastructure, identify segmentation gaps, and design end-to-end customer lifecycle mapping across acquisition→activation→retention

2

Conduct technical SEO audit (indexation, crawl efficiency, Core Web Vitals) and prioritize top 20 quick wins to improve organic rankings for target SMB keywords

3

Establish baseline GEO/AEO strategy: map 50+ opportunities where Omie content should appear in AI Overviews and LLM responses, develop optimization framework

4

Build cross-functional rhythm with Product, Content, and Tech teams; establish weekly growth metrics dashboard (CRM open rates, CTR, conversion by funnel stage, organic traffic, rankings)

By 6 Months

Deploy 3+ CRM automation workflows (onboarding, activation, upsell, churn prevention) with measurable lift in conversion rates and engagement metrics

Increase organic qualified traffic by 40%+ through topic cluster execution, technical SEO improvements, and internal linking strategy

Launch and iterate GEO content framework; secure 5+ placements in AI Overviews for high-intent SMB keywords; establish monitoring for model updates

4

Execute 8+ growth experiments (PLG focus) across onboarding, feature adoption, and pricing pages; document learnings and scale winners

KPIs You'll Own

Organic Qualified Traffic & Conversion Rate

Measure organic sessions that hit core landing pages and conversion-to-trial/signup by source (SEO, GEO, organic branded).

CRM Engagement & Conversion by Segment

Track email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion-to-activation/expansion by customer lifecycle stage and segment.

Customer Retention & Expansion

Monitor churn rate, net retention, and upsell revenue from CRM-driven campaigns; measure impact of onboarding/engagement workflows.

SEO Health & SERP Visibility

Track rankings for 100+ target keywords, organic visibility score (Ahrefs/SEMrush), indexation rate, and Core Web Vitals.

GEO Placement & Click-Through Rate

Monitor Omie mentions in AI Overviews, impressions in LLM responses, and traffic attribution from generative channels.

Experiment Velocity & Learnings

Run 2+ growth experiments per month across CRM, onboarding, and PLG; track win rate and cumulative lift to monthly activation/retention.
