Nubank is Latin America's largest digital bank, scaling aggressively across Brazil and beyond. As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you'll own paid channel optimization—turning ad spend into customer acquisition and retention wins for millions of users.
Your Mission
Set up tracking and reporting dashboards across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic) to establish baseline performance
Conduct competitive analysis of top 5 fintech competitors' paid strategies and identify arbitrage opportunities
Launch 3-5 A/B tests on ad creative, landing pages, or audience segments with clear success metrics
Document paid channel playbooks for your manager with channel-specific CAC and ROAS targets
Reduce customer acquisition cost by 15-20% through optimization of top 2 paid channels
Build an automated performance reporting system that saves the team 5+ hours/week
Scale winning campaigns by 2-3x while maintaining or improving ROAS
Present quarterly performance review to leadership with insights, recommendations, and roadmap for next quarter

- You don't speak Portuguese or English well—day-to-day collaboration will require both
