The Challenge

Naboo is scaling internationally and needs a growth architect to own the entire acquisition engine. This is the business-critical seat where you'll define strategy, execute across multiple markets, and deliver predictable revenue growth—not a hands-off reporting role.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and optimize current Google Ads account structure across all active markets; establish baseline ROAS and CPA metrics

Document and systematize the existing acquisition playbook; identify process gaps and build repeatable workflows in HubSpot

3

Deliver first month-on-month MQL growth targets while maintaining or improving ROAS thresholds

4

Map and stress-test the multi-market SEA budget allocation; present optimization recommendations to leadership

By 6 Months
1

Scale paid acquisition revenue by 40%+ while maintaining target ROAS and CPA across all key markets

2

Launch and validate 2-3 new acquisition channels (B2B social, partnerships, or affiliates) with profitability gates and documented playbooks

Build and lead a lean growth team (if not already in place); establish weekly cadence with Sales and Product

4

Establish predictable MQL pipeline forecasting model; deliver 90%+ accuracy on monthly projections

CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)

Keep customer acquisition cost within defined limits; track by channel, market, and campaign.

Monthly MQL Volume

Deliver predictable, growing qualified leads from paid channels; forecast and track by source.

Marketing-Sourced Revenue

You own end-to-end attribution from paid channel through conversion; this is your accountability metric.

Channel Diversification %

Percentage of MQLs from non-SEA channels; track progress toward reducing single-channel risk.

For You If
  • You've scaled acquisition from zero in a B2B SaaS or hyper-growth environment and can talk Google Ads bidding strategy in your sleep
  • You're fluent in both English and French (C1/C2) and comfortable operating daily across both languages
  • You think in systems: you build repeatable playbooks, document processes, and scale through infrastructure—not heroics
  • You thrive with autonomy and accountability; you set your own strategy, execute it, and own the results without micromanagement
  • You ship fast, measure obsessively, and iterate relentlessly; you're comfortable with ambiguity but driven by metrics
Won't Work If
  • You don't have hands-on Google Ads expertise or haven't managed substantial paid budgets yourself; this is a do-it role, not delegate-it
  • You can't commit to on-site work in Paris or lack fluency in French; this is non-negotiable for daily stakeholder engagement
  • You prefer a steady-state optimization role over building and scaling; Naboo is in growth mode and needs a builder, not a maintainer
