The Challenge

A major French digital bank is doubling down on growth—targeting 2x customer base in 5 years. You'll own the entire acquisition engine: multichannel strategy, €20M+ media budget, and a 10-person team executing real-time optimization across all conversion funnels.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current acquisition channels, identify top 3 performance levers (paid social, search, partnerships), and establish baseline CAC/ROI across funnel

Audit existing conversion funnels end-to-end; launch 5+ A/B tests on high-impact pages (landing pages, onboarding, account opening)

Build performance dashboard with live KPI tracking (CAC, LTV, conversion rate by channel) and weekly reporting cadence

Meet core team: align on Q1 acquisition targets, budget allocation, and define role of influencer marketing strategy

By 6 Months
1

Deliver 15-20% improvement in blended CAC through multivariate testing and channel reallocation; demonstrate ROI lift by channel

Launch and scale 2-3 new acquisition channels (e.g., partnerships, offline activations) with clear unit economics

Build and onboard influencer strategy: partner selection, brief framework, performance tracking tied to customer acquisition

Grow team capability: hire 2-3 specialized roles (paid media lead, CRO specialist, or analyst); run monthly optimization sprints

Media spend to revenue (or customer LTV proxy); reallocate budget to highest-performing levers monthly.

Cost Per Lead / Cost Per Activation

Track acquisition cost by stage; optimize for downstream conversion, not just top-of-funnel volume.

New Customer Volume

Align to 2x growth target over 5 years; break into monthly/quarterly milestones; track by segment.

  • You thrive building and coaching teams (8-12 people); you're comfortable hiring, developing talent, and scaling processes
  • You've worked in fast-growth B2C digital (fintech, e-commerce, SaaS) and can move at pace without sacrificing rigor
  • You're energized by KPI-driven accountability: CAC, ROI, conversion rate are your native language

  • You need remote flexibility or hybrid work—this is on-site, Paris only
  • You're uncomfortable with heavy media spend accountability or don't have proven CAC/ROI optimization chops
  • You prefer strategic/visionary work over hands-on execution; this role is deeply operational
