The Challenge
Console is building AI agents that autonomously handle enterprise ops-backed by $29M from Thrive Capital. You'll own the full-funnel growth engine for a category-defining platform already trusted by Databricks and Figma.
Your Mission
Map current funnel, audit existing channel performance, and identify 2-3 quick-win experiments to test
Design and launch first cohort of demand gen campaigns across paid and organic channels with baseline metrics
Set up attribution tracking, GA4 instrumentation, and reporting dashboards for real-time optimization visibility
Establish weekly testing cadence with product and sales-ship 3-5 experiments and document learnings
Scale top-performing channels to predictable $X pipeline monthly with defined CAC and conversion benchmarks
Build repeatable playbooks for 3+ acquisition channels with documented SOPs and team training materials
Increase MQL-to-SQL conversion by 20%+ through funnel optimization and messaging refinement
Own quarterly growth strategy with Head of Growth-forecast pipeline targets and recommend budget allocation

Qualified opportunities created monthly across all channels, measured in revenue impact and velocity.

Awareness-to-MQL, MQL-to-SQL, SQL-to-close rates to identify and fix leaky bottlenecks.
Experiment Velocity & Win Rate
Number of tests shipped weekly and percentage that beat control, tracking systematic improvement.

- You've run full-funnel B2B SaaS campaigns and own the metrics end-to-end (not just one channel)
- You're a structured experimenter-you generate hypotheses, ship tests fast, and kill losers ruthlessly
- You thrive in ambiguous, 0→1 environments and love the chaos of early-stage scaling
- You're analytical and can pull/interpret data yourself-SQL and GA4 aren't mysteries to you
- You want to build a growth engine from scratch and own the results completely
- You need a fully defined playbook or prefer executing someone else's strategy over inventing your own
- You're a specialist in one channel (paid ads, content, etc.)-this role is full-funnel
- You want a remote/flexible setup-this is on-site only in SF
- You're uncomfortable with rapid iteration and frequent pivots based on data

Growth Strategy Exercise
Light take-home or whiteboarding: design first 90 days of growth strategy for Console with specific channels and hypotheses
