Marketing Lead
Are you a strategic thinker who loves to execute? Do you thrive on turning creative ideas into measurable revenue growth? We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Marketing Lead to spearhead our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence.
In this role, you will own our marketing strategy from end to end. You will design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, email, and events) to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys both high-level strategy and rolling up their sleeves to get things done.
Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital channels (SEO, PPC, paid social, email, and content marketing).
- Brand Strategy: Define and maintain our brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all public-facing touchpoints.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute inbound and outbound strategies to feed the sales pipeline with high-quality prospects.
2. Content & Digital Presence
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing assets, including website copy, blog posts, email newsletters, case studies, and social media content.
- Website & SEO: Optimize our website and landing pages for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX) to maximize visitor-to-lead conversion rates.
- Social Media & Community: Manage our organic social media channels to foster community engagement and industry authority.
3. Analytics & Optimization
- Data-Driven Insights: Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing performance metrics (ROI, CAC, CTR, conversion rates) to measure campaign success.
- A/B Testing: Continuously test and optimize ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and email workflows to maximize budget efficiency.
- Tools Management: Manage the marketing tech stack (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, or similar platforms).
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
- Experience: 3-5+ years of general marketing experience, with a proven track record of managing and scaling successful campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and web analytics.
- Copywriting & Communication: Stellar written and verbal communication skills; ability to write engaging copy that drives action.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong comfort level with data. You don’t just look at dashboards-you translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate external freelancers or agencies if needed.
What Would Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in Marketing.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or video editing experience.
- Prior experience managing a marketing budget and allocating spend across channels for maximum ROI.
