Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Director of Growth to lead and execute our brand development initiatives. This individual will be responsible for growing our pipeline of prospective location owners through a combination of digital marketing, strategic partnerships, content development, and data-driven decision making.

The Director of Growth will own the entire marketing funnel, from brand awareness to lead generation, and will play a key role in helping our company continue to scale nationally. This is a high-impact leadership position for someone who thrives on building systems, optimizing performance, and driving measurable business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies focused on territory expansion, lead generation, and brand development.
  • Oversee all marketing channels, including Google Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, referral programs, webinars, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and optimize marketing funnels designed to generate qualified territory-owner inquiries and business opportunity leads.
  • Manage external agencies, contractors, and internal team members to ensure marketing initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators including lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and return on marketing investment.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
  • Oversee website development, landing pages, CRM automation, lead nurturing campaigns, and marketing technology platforms.
  • Develop and maintain brand standards, messaging, and positioning across all channels.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, marketing channels, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reporting and analysis to guide strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximize return on investment.
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns, messaging, creative assets, and conversion funnels to improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience developing and executing marketing programs focused on franchise, licensor, dealer, or business opportunity recruitment is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience leading growth, marketing, demand generation, or customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate measurable business growth through digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to build and optimize marketing funnels that generate qualified ownership candidates and support territory expansion initiatives.
  • Experience within home services, franchising, licensing, business opportunities, or related industries is strongly preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-growing organization.

The Director of Growth will be evaluated primarily on:
