The Challenge
CNP Assurances is scaling its content strategy across B2B and B2C insurance markets. You'll own editorial execution—from SEO blog posts to quarterly newsletters reaching thousands—while learning enterprise marketing from a 1,400-person organization.
Your Mission
Master the editorial calendar: coordinate with internal teams and 3+ external agencies to publish optimized blog content on schedule
Deliver first newsletter campaign: select topics, design mockups, manage copy review cycles, and track open/click KPIs
Build editorial playbook: document content guidelines, SEO best practices, and approval workflows for B2B and B2C channels
Audit existing content: analyze 50+ pieces for SEO gaps, brand consistency, and performance data to inform strategy
Own content performance: monthly dashboards showing blog traffic, engagement metrics, and conversions by content pillar
Expand content formats: produce 4+ lead magnets (guides, infographics, webinar assets) with measurable conversion impact
Drive LinkedIn growth: co-create 20+ social selling posts with the commercial team, tracking engagement and lead attribution
Scale outreach: manage relationships with 5+ editorial agencies, brief them on brand tone, and maintain quality/turnaround SLAs

Connect blog, ebook, and email assets to pipeline and closed deals using UTM tracking

- You're a Master's student (Bac +4/5) in marketing, communications, journalism, or business school
- You've shipped actual content: blogs, emails, or web copy—not just theory
- You obsess over metrics: you want to see your work drive traffic, conversions, and leads
- You're comfortable with Adobe tools, CMS platforms, and can learn new SaaS on the fly
- You need a full-time salary (this is a paid apprenticeship contract only)
- You can't commit to 1-2 years in one role—this is a focused learning program, not a stepping stone
- You're uncomfortable collaborating with agencies and managing relationships
- You don't care about SEO, analytics, or measuring content impact
Interview Process
Initial Screening
Phone call with HR/Talent to confirm enrollment status, availability Sept 2026, and interest in insurance/B2B marketing
Content Portfolio Review
Submit 2-3 pieces (blog post, email, social copy, or school project) demonstrating writing quality and SEO awareness
Content Marketing Manager Interview
Technical discussion: brief SEO case study, editorial planning scenario, and questions about your approach to multi-channel content
Team Fit Conversation
Meet the broader acquisition/retention team; discuss cross-functional collaboration and learning goals for the apprenticeship
