The Challenge
Bpifrance is France's public investment bank driving innovation across 4,000+ employees. You'll build and launch their CRM strategy from the ground up, turning customer data into competitive advantage for the entire organization.
Your Mission
Map current CRM capabilities and gaps across 50+ regional offices; identify quick wins for adoption
Develop 3-5 data analysis frameworks to support customer segmentation and lead qualification workflows
Create and deliver 2 internal change management decks + training materials for CRM tool rollout
Qualify and pipeline 50+ high-potential SME leads aligned to Bpifrance financing products
Own end-to-end CRM strategy documentation; present quarterly roadmap to leadership
Establish baseline metrics for customer data quality, engagement rates, and sales velocity by region
Execute 2 major change initiatives driving 40%+ CRM platform adoption across sales teams
Build reusable lead scoring model that increases conversion rate by 15%+ in pilot regions

- You're a natural communicator who can pitch change management internally without corporate jargon

- You expect a solo IC role; this is collaborative and cross-functional—you'll present to execs and negotiate with regional teams
- You're fluent only in English; Bpifrance is French-first; you need strong French for internal comms and stakeholder management
- You need 100% remote or fully on-site; hybrid commitment is non-negotiable for this role
