The Challenge
ba&sh is a fashion brand with real RSE commitment looking to scale their Direct-to-Customer growth engine. You'll own Paid Media strategy (especially Paid Social) and SEO optimization across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat—reporting directly into their Digital team.
Your Mission
Build and execute the first full month of Paid Social calendar; hit KPI targets for ROAS and CPA across Meta platforms
Audit and document current SEO performance; collaborate with agency partner to validate and improve top 20 content briefs
Set up monthly performance dashboards in GA4, Facebook Manager, and Google Ads; establish baseline metrics for SERP rankings and organic traffic
Train yourself on ba&sh's martech stack (likely Klaviyo, Hotjar, or similar) and map customer journey touch points
Scale Paid Social campaigns from pilot to full portfolio across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat with documented ROAS improvements of 15%+
Deliver 3+ monthly SEO analyses with ranking and traffic KPI trends; contribute to 5+ optimized content briefs with agency
Build competitive intelligence framework tracking 5-8 fashion DTC competitors' media strategies and channel spend
Propose and implement 2-3 process improvements (e.g., automated reporting, brief templates, platform integrations) that improve team velocity
KPIs You'll Own
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Track revenue generated per euro spent on Paid Media across all platforms; target by channel.
CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
Monitor cost to acquire one customer via Paid Social vs. target by campaign and product category.
Organic Traffic & SERP Rankings
Monthly trend of GA4 organic sessions and keyword ranking positions; identify quick wins for SEO lift.
CTR & Conversion Rate by Platform
Click-through and conversion rates on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat; identify platform-specific creative winners.
Content Performance Score
Quality and relevance scores for SEO briefs; correlate with engagement and ranking gains.

- You've completed Bac+4/5 (business school, communication, or digital marketing program) and want real DTC experience in fashion
- You're fluent in paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) and have hands-on GA4, Facebook Manager, and Google Ads experience
- You're curious, proactive, and detail-oriented—willing to challenge creative briefs and push for data-driven optimization
- You thrive in collaborative teams, speak fluent English, and can work on-site in Paris from July 2026 for 6 months
- You need remote flexibility—this is 100% on-site in Paris
- You've never run paid campaigns or analyzed web analytics; theory without practice won't cut it
- You're not comfortable with fast-paced DTC environments or iterating campaigns based on daily performance data

Likely a task to audit a real (or anonymized) paid social campaign—ROAS, CTR, audience segmentation analysis

Final Meet + Cultural Fit
