The Challenge

Aesthé is a premium medical beauty brand scaling across multiple physical locations in Europe. You'll own the complete B2C growth strategy—from paid acquisition to retention—while balancing the unique complexity of local expansion, medical credibility, and strict unit economics.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current acquisition channels, audit performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, attribution), and establish baseline KPI dashboards

Audit and optimize existing paid media campaigns (Meta, Google) for LTV/CAC efficiency and identify quick wins

3

Build growth team org chart, define roles, and establish weekly ops cadence with leadership

Launch first playbook for new center openings with repeatable acquisition + local SEO framework

By 6 Months
1

Scale top 2-3 performing acquisition channels with 30%+ improvement in CAC efficiency while maintaining quality

Build and launch comprehensive CRM/nurturing strategy (email, SMS automation) targeting repeat bookings and LTV uplift

Successfully execute expansion playbook across 2+ new center launches with defined go-to-market and performance targets

Establish AI integration roadmap: implement 2-3 AI tools for copywriting, audience segmentation, or predictive analytics

KPIs You'll Own

CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)

Track unit economics across all paid and organic channels, ensuring profitability against LTV targets

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Monitor paid media efficiency (Meta, Google, TikTok) with targets of 3:1+ depending on channel and funnel stage

LTV (Lifetime Value)

Measure repeat booking rates, average revenue per customer, and long-term profitability

Conversion Rate by Funnel Stage

Track website-to-booking, email open rates, SMS engagement, and cohort retention curves

Center-Level Performance

Measure acquisition volume, fill rates, and payback period for each new location launch
