Demand Generation & Marketing Automation Manager

About Us

Your Virtual Adjuster (YVA) is transforming the storm restoration industry by providing claims infrastructure and technology for high-volume roofing contractors across the United States.

We're looking for a highly skilled Demand Generation & Marketing Automation Manager to build and optimize the automation systems that power our marketing and lead generation efforts.

This is not a traditional marketing role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building systems, automating processes, and using AI to create scalable marketing operations.

What You'll Do

  • Build AI-powered content automation workflows that transform a single piece of content into multiple marketing assets.
  • Design and optimize multi-channel lead nurture sequences across email, SMS, LinkedIn, retargeting, and other channels.
  • Develop and manage marketing automations using GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Build reporting dashboards that measure campaign performance, lead engagement, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Improve existing workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Collaborate with leadership to execute our established marketing strategy through automation and scalable systems.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or comparable CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing workflows and content automation.
  • Experience building lead nurturing campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Experience creating dashboards and reporting to measure marketing performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ZoomInfo or other lead enrichment platforms.
  • Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) or Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS or service-based business.

As part of the interview process, you'll be asked to demonstrate examples of marketing automations, AI workflows, nurture sequences, reporting dashboards, or content pipelines that you've built. We're interested in seeing real-world work and understanding how you approach automation challenges.
