So Shall We partners with US mid-market companies to drive growth through consulting and execution. You'll architect and own CRM automations that directly impact lead generation, nurturing, and revenue—working with a team obsessed with making growth feel effortless.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Complete full CRM audits on 2–3 client systems, document critical gaps, and present actionable improvement roadmaps

Design and deploy 5+ high-impact workflows (lead scoring, cart abandonment, re-engagement sequences) targeting ≥10% conversion lifts

Build reusable playbooks for CRM setup, naming conventions, integration patterns, and troubleshooting—shareable across the team

Master GoHighLevel hands-on while deepening expertise in HubSpot/Zoho/ActiveCampaign and API/webhook integrations

By 6 Months
1

Own 15+ end-to-end CRM projects with minimal supervision, managing priorities and consistently meeting deadlines

Establish yourself as the go-to technical translator between developers, paid-media teams, and account managers

Audit and optimize 8+ nurture flows using A/B testing, reducing unsubscribe rates by 15% and improving MQL-to-SQL conversion

Train internal teams and clients on CRM best practices, reducing support tickets by 20% through clear documentation and knowledge sharing

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You have 1–2+ years hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce) and want to go deeper
  • You're comfortable reading/writing JSON, understanding REST APIs, and setting up webhooks—technical fundamentals excite you
  • You're a detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys auditing logs, tracing errors, and finding root causes
  • You want to own end-to-end projects with minimal hand-holding and can communicate equally well with developers and non-technical stakeholders
  • You're in Buenos Aires or willing to work on-site in Palermo Hollywood
Won't Work If
  • You're looking for pure remote work; this role is on-site only in Buenos Aires
  • You need hand-holding or heavy supervision—you must be proactive and self-directed
  • You lack a tech foundation (SQL, JSON, basic scripting, or equivalent CRM automation experience)
