The Challenge

You'll own the technical implementation of customer journeys across enterprise marketing platforms, building the backbone of campaigns that drive real growth.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master Salesforce/Oracle/Adobe platform basics: complete onboarding training and audit existing customer journey documentation

Ship 3-5 email marketing campaigns using HTML/SQL/JavaScript with measurable performance tracking

Document technical specifications for all projects developed to establish knowledge base standards

4

Support 2-3 relationship marketing journeys end-to-end from build to production deployment

By 6 Months
1

Independently own 5+ active customer journey builds across cloud platforms, hitting 95%+ deployment success rate

Optimize email/SMS/push campaign performance: improve open rates by 10%+ or click-through by 15%+ through technical refinement

Develop reusable HTML/SQL/JavaScript templates and components to reduce journey build time by 20%

4

Mentor incoming junior analysts on technical platform best practices and documentation standards
