The Challenge
Oxford University Press's ELT business in Brazil is scaling fast, and you'll own the marketing engine that drives customer engagement across the entire lifecycle. You're building relevance in a competitive education market where local execution matters as much as global strategy.
Your Mission
Establish baseline performance data for all active campaigns and events, documenting current engagement metrics across acquisition, onboarding, and renewal stages
Deliver 2-3 high-impact local events or webinars with measurable attendance, registration, and follow-up conversion rates
Audit and localize 5-8 global marketing assets into Portuguese-language, on-brand Brazil-relevant materials for sales enablement
Set up tracking dashboards in Salesforce and Dotdigital to monitor campaign performance, event ROI, and customer lifecycle metrics in real-time
Execute the full annual Brazil marketing plan with documented timelines, ownership, and monthly performance reviews against revenue targets
Design and implement a customer lifecycle campaign sequence (acquisition → onboarding → engagement → renewal) with measurable conversion improvements at each stage
Build a reusable sales enablement library with 20+ localized collateral pieces, messaging frameworks, and talking points for schools and educators
Increase event attendance and engagement by 30% year-over-year through optimized promotion, follow-up sequences, and partner collaboration
