The Challenge

iHerb is a global e-commerce powerhouse moving serious volume through email and push. You'll own the technical execution and optimization of campaigns hitting customers across regions—from template code to QA to deployment at scale.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master iHerb's Braze and Simon Data setup, build 15+ production-ready email templates with full cross-client QA

Execute 20+ campaigns end-to-end, achieving <2% QA error rate and <24h deployment turnaround

Document and improve 3 key CRM workflows; reduce manual setup time by 20%

Partner with regional teams on 2 A/B test cycles, deliver insights on subject line and send time impact

By 6 Months
1

Own complete email template library (50+ templates); maintain 99%+ rendering accuracy across Outlook, Gmail, mobile

Launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push, and WhatsApp for 4+ regions

Build Jinja/Liquid templating knowledge; reduce copy/paste errors by 40% through smart snippets

Train 2+ team members on template QA process; establish documented best practices playbook
