The Challenge

Najar is reinventing procurement with AI-driven automation for 180+ European customers post-Series A (€15M). You'll be the hands-on content engine for a 60-person team scaling to dominate the European procurement market.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Ship 12+ social media posts monthly across LinkedIn/Twitter with >2% engagement rate, establishing consistent brand voice

Support 4+ blog articles or long-form content pieces from ideation through publication

3

Build and maintain organized marketing asset library with 50+ branded templates in Canva/Figma

4

Execute 3+ external award/event applications and coordinate French translation projects with freelancers

By 6 Months
1

Grow social media following by 30% and achieve 3%+ average engagement rate across channels

Produce 20+ polished content assets (posts, slides, videos) with zero brand guideline violations

3

Establish quarterly content calendar process reducing ad-hoc requests by 40%

4

Develop 2-3 original content series or campaign concepts that sales team actively uses in outreach

Track likes, comments, shares across LinkedIn/Twitter—target 2-3% monthly average.

Content Output Volume

Monitor posts, blog articles, and design assets shipped per month—aim for 12+ social posts + 1-2 long-form pieces.

Measure templates, brand guidelines, and archived content accessibility—maintain 100% up-to-date library.

Translation/Localization Velocity

Track turnaround time on French translation reviews and external freelancer coordination—target <5 business days.
