The Opportunity

This is a high-impact leadership role with a clear path to Chief Marketing Officer. You will take ownership of marketing strategy, brand positioning, and growth initiatives—while serving as a key relationship builder across high-net-worth individuals, family offices, wealth managers, and strategic partners.

We are looking for someone entrepreneurial, intellectually sharp, and forward-thinking—someone who can operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic LeadershipDevelop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to expand from HNW clients to a broader national audiencePosition the firm as a leading tech-enabled alternative to traditional investment and philanthropic platformsBuild scalable marketing infrastructure to support long-term growth

Relationship Management & Business Development

Cultivate and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, wealth managers, and accountantsAct as a “gatekeeper” and trusted connector within the wealth advisory ecosystemPartner with internal stakeholders to enhance client acquisition and retention strategies

Brand & Market Expansion

Elevate brand awareness across both institutional and retail audiencesDevelop innovative campaigns targeting both sophisticated investors and everyday donorsTranslate complex financial and technological offerings into compelling, accessible messaging

Product & Technology Alignment

Collaborate closely with product and technology teams to align marketing with platform capabilitiesHelp communicate the advantages of the firm’s proprietary software and flexible investment solutionsContribute ideas to enhance user experience and platform adoption

Leadership & Growth

Build and lead a high-performing marketing function over timeMentor junior team members and establish best practicesPlay a key role in shaping the firm’s long-term strategic direction

Qualifications

8–15+ years of experience in marketing, with exposure to financial services, fintech, philanthropy, or investment platformsStrong network and proven ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals and their advisorsExperience working with or alongside: Wealth managers, RIAs, or private banks, Family offices or UHNW clientsEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to “build from zero”Creative, idea-driven thinker who challenges conventional approachesComfortable operating in a high-growth, evolving environmentStrong understanding of investments, banking, or financial productsBackground in fintech or technology-driven investment platformsFamiliarity with investment or financial software platformsPrior exposure to software development or technical environmentsExperience scaling marketing efforts from niche audiences to mass market
