SiteWorker is a workforce management and staffing platform built for the skilled trades and construction industry. We connect licensed tradespeople, electricians, ironworkers, crane operators, and more, with contractors executing critical infrastructure and construction projects across the U.S. We move fast, communicate directly, and expect the same from our team.
SiteWorker is hiring a Social Media Manager to own our brand voice and presence across all social channels. You'll drive content strategy, production, and community engagement to build SiteWorker's reputation as the go-to workforce platform in the skilled trades space. This is a fully remote role based in Brazil or Argentina, working closely with U.S.-based leadership and business development teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute SiteWorker's social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X
- Plan, write, and produce content calendars aligned with business development priorities and industry campaigns
- Create and edit graphics and short-form video, including TikTok-native content, that reflect SiteWorker's brand identity
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and manage community interactions professionally
- Track performance metrics and report on content effectiveness; adjust strategy based on data
- Collaborate with BD and recruiting teams to align social content with active hiring campaigns and client wins
- Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in B2B and industry-specific social marketing, including TikTok's evolving format and features
- Coordinate with leadership on messaging for company announcements, client partnerships, and industry news
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in social media management, preferably in B2B, staffing, construction, or industrial sectors Excellent written and spoken English, required. You will communicate directly with U.S. stakeholders daily Proven track record managing multi-platform content calendars and growing engagement, including on TikTok Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms Working knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent) and short-form video editing (CapCut or equivalent) Familiarity with social analytics tools and reporting Self-directed, deadline-driven, comfortable working across time zones with a U.S.-based team Based in Brazil or Argentina
Preferred
Experience in construction, skilled trades, staffing, or workforce management industries Background creating TikTok or short-form video content for a U.S. audience.
