Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Product Marketing is the global lead responsible for defining and driving the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and commercial narrative for MyWorldpanel.
Sitting at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, this role shapes how MyWorldpanel competes and grows in the market. The Senior Manager defines differentiated messaging, leads global launches, enables commercial teams, and ensures consistent activation across regions.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with direct influence on pipeline growth, product adoption, and long-term market perception.
Key Responsibilities
Global GTM Strategy & Positioning
- Own and evolve the global go-to-market strategy and positioning for MyWorldpanel and associated solutions.
- Develop differentiated value propositions and messaging frameworks that clearly connect product capabilities to commercial outcomes.
- Ensure alignment between product narratives and broader Worldpanel brand positioning.
- Influence pricing, packaging, and solution bundling in partnership with Product and Commercial leadership.
- Lead global product and feature launches, establishing repeatable GTM processes, timelines, and governance.
- Define launch objectives and success metrics aligned to commercial targets.
- Oversee development of launch toolkits, enablement materials, competitive guides, and core sales assets.
- Partner with Regional Marketing to ensure effective localization and activation across markets.
- Conduct post-launch performance reviews to assess adoption, pipeline impact, and messaging effectiveness.
- Equip Sales teams with compelling product narratives that improve win rates and deal velocity.
- Develop competitive positioning frameworks and objection-handling strategies.
- Align product marketing initiatives with revenue goals and pipeline contribution targets.
- Measure and report on the impact of product marketing efforts on adoption, retention, and commercial performance.
- Support high-value enterprise opportunities with strategic messaging and executive-ready materials as needed.
- Lead competitive intelligence and market analysis to inform positioning and strategic focus.
- Synthesize customer insights and win/loss feedback to refine messaging and value propositions.
- Partner with Product Management to translate market feedback into roadmap considerations.
- Lead and develop a high-performing Product Marketing team.
- Set standards for messaging development, launch execution, and competitive analysis.
- Partner closely with Brand Storytelling, Marketing Operations, and Regional Marketing to ensure consistent execution and measurable impact.
- Foster a commercially focused, collaborative, and data-driven PMM function.
- 8-12 years of B2B product marketing experience in data, insights, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations.
- Proven experience defining global GTM strategies and leading multi-market product launches.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex solutions into compelling commercial narratives.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- Strong understanding of competitive positioning, pricing strategy, and solution packaging.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring impact across pipeline and revenue metrics.
- Experience managing and developing team members.
- Fluent in English.
