The Challenge
Neogrid is a publicly-traded (B3: NGRD3) data intelligence platform powering retail, industry, and distribution across Brazil. You'll own end-to-end product launches and GTM strategy for solutions that help major market players stay competitive.
Your Mission
Map and document current product positioning, competitive landscape, and ICP clarity across all major offerings
Develop and activate GTM playbook for next product launch, including messaging, sales enablement materials, and customer validation plan
Build battlecards, one-pagers, and sales presentation deck for top 3 product differentiators
Establish baseline metrics dashboard tracking product adoption, revenue impact, and sales team engagement with PMM materials
Lead 2-3 successful product launches or major feature releases from positioning through post-launch optimization
Co-create pricing strategy recommendations with Pricing team backed by market research and customer validation data
Scale sales enablement program with comprehensive playbooks, training sessions, and ongoing quarterly updates
Deliver competitive analysis and market trends report informing product roadmap priorities for next planning cycle

Percentage of target customers adopting new products/features within 90 days of launch
Sales Velocity vs Baseline
Improvement in deal close rates and sales cycle length post-GTM activation
GTM Execution Score
On-time delivery and quality of positioning, messaging, and enablement materials against sprint goals
Positioning Retention
Consistency of product messaging across sales, CS, and marketing channels as measured by audits
Revenue Attributed to PMM Initiatives
Net new ARR influenced by repositioning, pricing optimization, or GTM strategy changes

- You've shipped 2+ SaaS product launches with measurable revenue impact and can show the GTM playbook you built
- You thrive translating complex data products into clear customer narratives and positioning
- You're comfortable working autonomously across 5+ stakeholder groups simultaneously without bottlenecking
- You're based in or willing to relocate to São Paulo for on-site work
- You've built sales playbooks and measured adoption/engagement metrics against them
- You need remote flexibility-this is 100% on-site in São Paulo
- You're early-career (0-2 years PMM) without demonstrated GTM ownership
- You prefer reactive content/collateral work over strategic product positioning and market analysis
- You work best in English-only environments; this role demands Portuguese fluency
