Accountabilities:
Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts as the primary strategic and operational point of contact.
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment-setting outcomes.
Manage budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and continuous creative testing to improve performance.
Write high-converting ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial services audiences.
Lead bi-weekly client calls to review performance, align on strategy, and define next steps.
Deliver structured performance reports and actionable insights ahead of client meetings.
Monitor daily campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to meet cost-per-appointment targets.
Set up and troubleshoot tracking systems, including pixels, conversion events, and CRM or automation integrations.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop hooks, angles, and messaging variations for testing.
Use AI tools to improve speed and efficiency in copywriting, analysis, and campaign execution.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in paid media, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising.
Proven experience managing multiple client accounts in a performance-driven or agency environment.
Strong track record of achieving performance KPIs and driving client retention through results.
Excellent copywriting skills for direct-response and lead generation campaigns.
Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, pixels, attribution, and marketing automation tools.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate performance data for non-technical clients.
High level of ownership, accountability, and ability to operate independently.
Experience in financial services, high-ticket funnels, or appointment-setting campaigns is a strong plus.
Familiarity with video sales letter methodology is highly valued.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
