Paid Media Specialist (B2B) SNAP is looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to take ownership of performance marketing across its brands. This is a hands-on role focused on driving qualified leads and digital acquisition through paid channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and optimise full-funnel paid media campaigns
  • Drive B2B lead generation and customer acquisition
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise results
  • Work closely with marketing, commercial and product teams

Requirements

  • High level of English (essential)
  • Proven experience in B2B paid media / lead generation
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience managing campaigns end-to-end
  • Strong analytical and optimisation skills

Valuable

  • Additional European languages
  • International or multi-market campaign experience
  • Experience with CRM and marketing data integration
