Position Overview We are seeking a data-driven PPC Marketing Strategist to lead and optimize our paid advertising efforts across multiple platforms. This role goes beyond campaign execution; we are looking for someone who can think strategically, analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and help scale the marketing department.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to make recommendations based on data rather than assumptions. Additionally, experience creating ad creatives and a solid understanding of graphic design principles are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance, conversion metrics, user behavior, and ROI to drive strategic decisions.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and recommend improvements based on data and research.
  • Develop and execute testing strategies for ads, audiences, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve lead generation and campaign performance.
  • Create and manage advertising creatives, including ad copy, images, and basic graphic assets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve marketing performance and conversion rates.
  • Stay current with industry trends, PPC best practices, AI-powered marketing tools, and platform updates.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the marketing department through strategic thinking and innovation.
  • Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns.
  • Proven experience with:
  • o Google Ads
  • o Facebook Ads Manager
  • o Instagram Advertising
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience interpreting campaign data and making strategic recommendations based on findings.
  • Ability to explain the reasoning behind marketing decisions using data and research.
  • Experience tracking and optimizing conversion funnels.
  • Strong understanding of key digital marketing metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
  • Experience creating high-performing ad creatives.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and content creation tools.
  • Experience working with landing page optimization and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms.
