The Challenge

Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher globally with 7B downloads and 200M+ active users. You'll own user acquisition for a portfolio of games and apps, turning hit products into global phenomenons while managing a high-performing growth team.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current UA campaigns across portfolio, identify underperforming channels, and reallocate budget to top-performing platforms (Facebook, TikTok, AppLovin) with 15%+ ROAS improvement

2

Establish baseline metrics and tracking setup with Appsflyer/Adjust, ensuring clean attribution and daily performance visibility

3

Launch 3 new UA experiments (creative testing, audience segmentation, bidding strategy) with documented learnings shared across team

4

Onboard and mentor 1-2 junior team members, establishing UA best practices documentation

By 6 Months
1

Achieve 20%+ YoY ROAS improvement through platform optimization and creative iteration across portfolio

Build and scale top 2-3 high-performing cohorts, documenting and replicating winning UA patterns across games

3

Lead cross-functional project with Product/Creative teams to integrate learnings into go-to-market strategy for new launches

4

Mentor team to identify and test 2 innovative organic/viral growth tactics, moving beyond paid-only strategy

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Primary driver of UA efficiency across portfolio—track by platform, creative, and cohort to optimize spend allocation.

Cost Per Install (CPI)

Negotiate and reduce CPI by 10-15% quarterly through platform relationships and audience optimization.

7-Day Retention Rate

Quality metric ensuring you're acquiring engaged users, not just volume—target 35%+ for casual games.

Lifetime Value (LTV)

Track 30/60/90-day LTV to validate UA cohort quality and inform CPI/ROAS targets.

Campaign Scale

Monthly spend and install volume across platforms—scale winners while maintaining ROAS thresholds.
