The Challenge

Stride-up is a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a Paid Media Team Leader to own day-to-day performance, coach a growing team, and embed AI into paid strategies. You'll bridge strategy and execution while building repeatable processes that scale.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current paid media processes and identify 3-5 quick wins to improve team efficiency and account performance

Establish weekly 1-on-1 cadence with each team member to understand skill gaps and build personalized development plans

3

Define and implement standardized reporting templates and audit frameworks across all managed accounts

4

Run first AI integration pilot on 2-3 client accounts to test automation opportunities and measure lift

By 6 Months
1

Deliver 15-25% aggregate performance improvement across team-managed accounts through optimized structures and AI implementation

Develop and deliver 2-3 internal training sessions on advanced paid tactics, AI tools, and platform updates to raise team baseline

Create cross-functional collaboration playbook connecting Paid with SEO, CRM, and Creative teams for integrated campaigns

4

Build talent pipeline: identify promotion-ready AMs and create succession plan while reducing team churn to <10% annually

KPIs You'll Own

Team ROAS / CPA Trend

Track aggregate return-on-ad-spend and cost-per-acquisition across your portfolio month-over-month

Client Satisfaction Score

Measure quarterly NPS or satisfaction ratings from accounts you directly oversee

Team Utilization & Billable Hours

Monitor actual vs. planned billable time and identify process bottlenecks eating into productivity

Internal Skill Development

Track certifications earned, training completed, and internal promotions from your team cohort

AI Tool Adoption & Impact

Measure # of AI-powered workflows live and incremental performance lift vs. baseline
