The Challenge
Spark is building a data-driven growth team focused on influencer marketing, and they need a designer who sees creative assets as conversion tools, not art projects. You'll own visual strategy across paid acquisition channels, running rapid A/B tests and proving why one creative outperforms another.
Your Mission
Ship 40+ ad variations across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn with documented performance deltas (CTR, CPC, conversion lift)
Build 3-5 reusable creative templates and component systems that scale across channels
Establish baseline creative performance benchmarks by platform and campaign type
Collaborate with paid media team to identify top 3 creative insights driving CPC reduction
Reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA) by 15%+ through systematic creative testing and optimization
Create 60+ platform-optimized assets (feed, stories, carousel, video covers) with 85%+ brand consistency score
Develop and document creative guidelines specific to each paid channel (sizing, copy length, design principles)
Present quarterly creative performance review with win/loss analysis and recommendations for next quarter

Track how often your creatives drive clicks relative to impressions across paid channels.
Cost-Per-Click (CPC)
Monitor how design changes impact ad cost efficiency on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Conversion Rate
Measure what percentage of clicks from your creatives convert to leads or customers.
Cost-Per-Lead (CPL)
Analyze the total cost to acquire a lead through your designed assets.
Creative Testing Velocity
Output number of A/B test variations created per month to fuel continuous optimization.
