Growth Operations Manager (Paid Media & Outbound) Remote (candidates based in Argentina, Mexico, or Peru) | Full-Time Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 am5:00 pm EST

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Growth Operations Manager to oversee client campaign execution, manage the internal team, and drive performance across paid media and outbound acquisition channels. This role requires a strong mix of leadership, strategic thinking, marketing execution, and operational discipline. You will work directly with the Founder and GTM Lead to ensure every campaign is performing, optimized, and aligned with client growth goals.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in paid media and outbound campaigns Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel Advanced English level (C1/C2) End-to-end understanding of lead generation through Meta Ads and/or cold email (experience in both is not required) Proven experience running Facebook campaigns that convert Strong understanding of AI tools and AI-driven marketing workflows

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Campaign Oversight

  • Monitor performance across active client campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn, Meta Ads) and track KPIs: reply rates, booked calls, cost per lead, conversion rates, ROI
  • Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions, including reviewing and creating Facebook ad creatives
  • Ensure campaign strategy aligns with client goals
  • Team Leadership & Accountability
  • Manage and coordinate the GTM Engineer, Strategy Lead, CSMs, SDRs, and creative contributors
  • Lead the daily stand-up and weekly performance meetings, ensuring deadlines are met and holding the team accountable for deliverables and KPIs
  • Improve systems, SOPs, and workflows; maintain documentation in ClickUp/CRM
  • Project & Strategic Management
  • Oversee project timelines from onboarding through optimization, ensuring ICP clarity, segmentation, creative approval, and deliverability standards
  • Contribute to targeting strategy, messaging, offer positioning, and funnel structure, in collaboration with the GTM Lead
  • Make data-driven decisions on budget, creative changes, and optimizations; propose new strategies based on performance insights
  • Client Communication
  • Lead weekly client meetings, ensuring CSMs are prepared and reviewing performance beforehand
  • Help resolve escalations and participate in secondary sales calls to support solution engineering discussions
  • Maintain high retention and satisfaction

  • Campaign KPIs consistently improve; clients renew and expand
  • Team operates with clarity and accountability; projects launch on time without founder micromanagement
  • Cold email and paid ads are strategically aligned, with creative performance improving month over month
