The Challenge
Ripple is scaling XRP Ledger adoption across LATAM's fragmented FinTech and TradFi landscape. You'll build the ecosystem from the ground up-connecting startups, VCs, and institutions while navigating each country's unique regulatory maze to drive real tokenization use cases.
Your Mission
Map LATAM's regulatory landscape across key markets and identify 3-5 priority countries for initial rollout
Source and evaluate 15-20 high-potential startups/developers building on XRPL; close 3-5 for active support
Establish partnerships with 5+ accelerators, VCs, and ecosystem service providers across the region
Launch first cohort of ecosystem growth program with clear milestones and success metrics
Build pipeline of 30+ qualified startups at various stages; move 10+ to mainnet launch or deployment
Structure and execute 3+ strategic partnership agreements driving measurable ecosystem activity
Deploy grant and accelerator programs; process 50+ applications with clear founder/product assessment framework
Establish data dashboard tracking ecosystem health: startup velocity, partnership ROI, regulatory wins, and grant utilization

Percentage of monitored regulatory developments that enable (vs. block) tokenization and digital asset adoption.

Inbound startup applications and partnership inquiries generated through targeted programs and direct outreach.

- You're metrics-driven and comfortable building dashboards and funnels to prove ecosystem impact
- You're genuinely interested in blockchain/tokenization use cases and want to own a critical geographic expansion
- You need a fully remote setup-this role is on-site in São Paulo and requires relationship-building across LATAM
- You prefer clear-cut playbooks and predictable outcomes; LATAM regulatory volatility and startup velocity require adaptive strategy
- You're uncomfortable with crypto/blockchain or skeptical of tokenization's real-world value-you'll struggle to evangelize internally
