Growth Marketing Director
Responsible for owning and scaling the company’s demand generation and top-of-funnel revenue growth strategy. This role focuses on building a repeatable growth engine that generates qualified sales opportunities through outbound, inbound, and performance marketing initiatives.
Partnering closely with Sales and Executive Leadership, the Growth Marketing Director ensures marketing efforts directly contribute to pipeline creation, conversion performance, and measurable revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive qualified pipeline generation through growth marketing initiatives
- Own the full lead-to-meeting conversion funnel (MQL → SQL → Meeting)
- Optimise outbound and inbound performance through testing and experimentation
- Develop and execute paid acquisition and channel growth strategies
- Improve website and campaign conversion performance
- Build scalable marketing systems, automation, and operational workflows
- Establish reporting dashboards tracking meetings, conversion rates, and cost efficiency
- Align marketing execution with sales objectives and revenue targets
Success Metrics
- Sales-qualified meetings generated
- Funnel conversion performance
