The Challenge
MissionHires is scaling remittance corridors from US/EU into Latin America-you'll own the end-to-end P&L for diaspora-focused go-to-market. This is ground-level community growth: partnerships, offline activation, ambassadors, and conversion optimization in one of fintech's highest-impact segments.
Your Mission
Map and validate 3-5 partnership opportunities with diaspora community organizations; close at least 1 partnership agreement
Launch first cohort of 5-10 community ambassadors; establish weekly activation rhythm and performance benchmarks
Design and execute 2 offline + 2 online campaigns targeting high-value corridors; achieve initial CAC and conversion baselines
Conduct 20+ customer research interviews with transfer senders; synthesize insights into go-to-market refinements
Deliver $X revenue and Y% profitability on assigned corridor(s); demonstrate PMF with at least 2 validated customer segments
Scale ambassador network to 15-20 active influencers; achieve 30%+ month-over-month growth in grassroots referrals
Optimize full-funnel CAC to <$Z; improve conversion rate by 25%+ through CRM and lifecycle campaigns
Establish repeatable playbook for corridor expansion; document processes for Product/Ops handoff to next market
