The Challenge
Linq is building the messaging backbone for AI. You'll own campaign execution and growth ops at a fast-moving Series A, learning every lever of growth directly from leadership with zero corporate overhead.
Your Mission
Execute 4-6 multi-channel campaigns (paid, email, content) tracking CAC and conversion lift
Research and compile 20+ target accounts with competitive intelligence and buying signals
Coordinate content production for 3-4 assets (blog, case studies, landing pages) from brief to launch
Build weekly growth dashboards tracking MQLs, conversion rates, and channel performance
Own end-to-end execution of 2+ major growth campaigns; demonstrate 15%+ MoM user growth contribution
Build reusable content templates and playbooks that scale campaign velocity by 30%
Execute 3+ developer/business community events (hackathons, dinners) driving 50+ qualified leads
Graduate from execution to strategy: own one growth project from hypothesis to results

Track paid and organic channel efficiency to identify highest-ROI growth levers.
Campaign Conversion Rate
Measure email, landing page, and paid conversion performance week-over-week.
Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)

Content Production Velocity
Track assets completed per sprint to identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows.
