The Challenge

Light Labs powers product transparency for brands like AG1 and Momentous. You'll build the AI-native GTM engine that turns manual workflows into self-improving systems that drive pipeline and revenue.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Design and deploy account intelligence layer that enriches prospect data and surfaces buying signals for sales team

2

Automate 3-5 core GTM workflows (lead sourcing, enrichment, routing, outreach) with AI-native infrastructure

Launch and measure first 2-3 acquisition channel experiments with clear attribution and feedback loops

4

Establish data quality standards and governance for account universe (universe size, enrichment coverage, deduplication)

By 6 Months

Scale 1-2 winning acquisition channels to predictable, repeatable pipeline generation at 2-3x initial volumes

Build product usage integration layer that signals buying intent and operationalizes land-and-expand workflows

Achieve 50%+ automation of lead sourcing, enrichment, and routing workflows with measurable reduction in manual work

Drive adoption of Product Insight Panel across customer base and establish it as distribution lever for growth

  • You move fast, prototype without permission, and iterate based on real data and outcomes
  • You want to work on-site with founders and directly shape how a company scales from traction to scale
  • You care more about pipeline, revenue, and speed than process or titles

  • You need remote work or flexibility; this is 5 days/week on-site in Austin
  • You prefer running campaigns to building systems, or need clear project boundaries and handoffs
  • You're uncomfortable with ambiguity or require extensive documentation before executing
  • You want a traditional growth marketing role with brand, content, or creative focus
